Pilot Ventures LLC is a growing real estate investment firm in Seattle specializing in multifamily real estate. Started in 2017, our founders were industry veterans looking to disrupt the commercial real estate industry and break from the stodginess of traditional firms. Today, there are two brands under the Pilot umbrella: Pilot Property Management and Pilot Capital.

Pilot Property Management (PPM) offers full-service third-party management and a la carte management services to regional apartment owners, as well as managing Pilot Capital's local assets. The PPM team efficiently oversees a portfolio of more than 75 assets throughout the Seattle metro area.

Pilot Capital serves as a platform that offers direct investment opportunities in commercial real estate, presenting investors the chance to partner with a seasoned team of industry professionals. Pilot’s investors are professionals, entrepreneurs, high net worth individuals and family offices who seek to partake in commercial real estate without the requisite expertise, inclination, or resources. The spectrum of Pilot Capital’s investment prospects spans multifamily properties, mobile home parks, and RV Resorts across the nation. Pilot’s mission is to make real estate investing simple and attainable.
